# Steps to Keep Zomunk Emails Out of Spam

To make sure Zomunk’s emails don’t get lost in your spam folder, it’s important to **add our email to your safe list**. Safe listing means adding our email address to your contacts so your email provider recognises our messages as legitimate. Follow the instructions below for your email provider to safelist **support@zomunk.com** and continue receiving the best flight deals without interruptions.

#### Gmail

**On the web:**

1. Log in to Gmail and open any Zomunk email.
2. Hover over our name in the sender field and click the "Add to contacts" icon when it appears.

3. Alternatively, go to [Google Contacts](https://contacts.google.com/), click "Create Contact," and manually add **support@zomunk.com**.

**On the mobile app:**

1. Open the Gmail app and find an email from Zomunk.
2. Tap the Zomunk profile at the top, then tap the "Add to contacts" button in the top-right corner.
3. You may be redirected to your Contacts page—simply tap "Save" to complete adding Zomunk to your contacts.

| **Spam folder tip:** If one of our emails ends up in your spam folder, move it to your inbox and mark it as "Not spam." This will help Gmail identify Zomunk emails as safe.

1. Log in to Yahoo Mail and click the "Contacts" icon.
2. Select "Add a new contact" from the contacts sidebar.
3. Enter **support@zomunk.com** in the email field and click "Save."

**Option 1: Add a contact**

1. In Outlook, click on the "People" icon in the lower left corner.
