- Follow the correct refund process:
- Website users: Fill the refund form in the Billing section under your profile.

🚫 Don’ts
- ❌ Don’t delete your account if you’re expecting a refund or want to cancel your plan.
- ❌ Don’t skip contacting our support team before deletion.
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. We permanently lose access to your purchase details and will be unable to verify or process any refunds.
