How to Cancel Your Zomunk Membership
We understand that plans change, and you might need to cancel your membership. Whether you’re on a free or premium plan, here’s how to easily manage your subscription:
For Free Members:
If you’re using Zomunk’s free plan, there’s no action needed to cancel since you’re not being billed. You can simply stop using the service at any time.
For Premium Members:
If you’re a Premium member and need to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Log in to your Zomunk Account
Access your Zomunk account via the website.
Go to the Billing Section
Navigate to the Billing section from your account dashboard.
Select Cancel Membership
Under your membership details, click on the “Cancel Membership” option.
Confirm Your Cancellation
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Your membership will be active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged for the next period.
7-Day Refund Policy: We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 7 day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with the service, simply reach out within 7 days of your purchase, and we’ll process your refund. You can contact us at support@zomunk.com .
What Happens After Cancellation?
Free Members:
You’ll continue receiving access to 1 in 10 deals, as before, with no further action required.
Premium Members:
After cancellation, you’ll still have full access to premium features until the end of your billing period. Once your subscription ends, you’ll revert to the free plan and lose access to exclusive deals, mistake fares, and destination alerts.
If you ever want to rejoin Zomunk Premium in the future, you can reactivate your membership anytime through your account settings.
