We want you to get the best value from Zomunk Premium. But if it’s not the right fit, we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for first-time subscribers.
💡 Many users request a refund because they expect Zomunk to be a booking platform or flight search engine. That’s not what we are. We curate and alert you to international flight deals from full-service carriers- at prices you rarely find on your own.
✅ Who Can Request a Refund?
- First-time Zomunk Premium subscribers only
- Refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase
📌 How to Request a Refund
The process depends on how you purchased your Premium subscription:
🖥️ If you purchased via Web
- Go to the Billing section of your Zomunk account (on desktop/mobile browser).
- If eligible, you’ll see a Refund Request Form available there for 7 days post-purchase.
- Fill in your name, email, and phone number.
- Our team will review and process your refund.
📱 If you purchased via Android app (Google Play)
Refunds must be requested directly through Google:

Refunds must be requested via Apple:
⚠️ What Happens After a Refund?
- 🚫 Access to Premium deals will be revoked
- 🚫 No more email alerts for curated mistake fares or price drops
- 🚫 You’ll need to track deals manually from now on
💡 Not Sure About a Refund?
You can cancel auto-renewal instead and continue using Premium for the rest of your 1-year term.
