Vault is a feature that helps you organize all your important travel information in one place, so you can access it quickly and easily whenever you need it.
2.What does the Vault Widget do?
The Vault widget works like a quick shortcut, allowing you to access your saved information without opening the app. It’s built for speed and convenience.
3.Is my data safe?
Yes, absolutely.
Your data is stored only on your device. Zomunk does not store or access any Vault data on its servers, ensuring complete privacy.
4.Is Vault free to use?
Yes!
Vault is completely free, and no Premium membership is required.
5.What can I save in Vault?
You can save important travel-related information such as:
• Flight details
• Booking references
6.Is Vault connected to my Zomunk flight deals or bookings?
No. Vault is an independent organizer tool. It does not automatically pull in bookings or deals—you choose what to save.
7.Will Vault automatically save my bookings?
No. Vault does not auto-save anything. You have full control over what is added.
8.Can Zomunk see what I save in Vault?
No. Zomunk cannot view, access, or read your Vault data. All information remains locally stored on your device.
9.What happens to my Vault data if I log out or delete the app?- Check with Danish
Since Vault data is stored on your device:
- Logging out will delete your vault data
- Deleting the app will permanently erase Vault data
10.Is Vault available for both Free and Premium users?
Yes. Vault is available to all users, regardless of membership type.
11.Does Vault require an internet connection?- Danish
No. Vault works offline, as all data is stored locally on your device.
12.Can I use Vault on multiple devices?- Its only Mobile app
Currently, Vault does not sync across devices. Each device has its own Vault for security and privacy reasons.
13.Does Vault affect my phone’s storage or performance?
No. Vault is lightweight and uses minimal storage, so it won’t impact performance.
14.Is Vault safe if I change my phone?
Vault data does not transfer automatically. If you change devices, the data will not carry over.
15.Why did Zomunk create Vault?
We built Vault to help travelers stay organized while keeping their data private a simple, secure place for essential travel info.
16.Will Vault become a paid feature in the future?
No. Vault is designed to remain free for all users.
