Zomunk Referral Program



1. How does the referral program work?


Every Zomunk user can get a unique referral code but only after they add a valid UPI ID in their account’s payout section. Once you have your code, you can share it with friends as a referral link.


When your friend clicks your link, signs up, and buys a Premium subscription:

  • They get ₹250 off instantly.
  • You earn ₹250 referral reward.


Your invites and rewards are tracked in your dashboard.



2. Where do I find my referral code?


  • In your profile: Under the Referral section.
  • Important: You only get your referral code after adding your UPI ID in the payout method. Without a valid UPI ID, your code won’t be generated.



3. How many people can I refer to?


You can earn rewards for up to 39 successful paid referrals.


If you cross this limit, you can apply for the Zocreator Program (our extended referral and creator partnership track).


4. When will I receive my referral reward?


  • As soon as your friend completes payment, your ₹250 reward appears in the Pending Earnings section.
  • Rewards are cleared after 2 weeks (to account for refunds or cancellations).
  • Once cleared, the amount moves from “Pending earnings” to “Total earned” and becomes available for payout.


5. How do I get paid?


  • Referral payouts are sent via UPI transfer once approved.
  • Make sure your UPI ID is correct, otherwise payments will fail.
  • Disclaimer: If you enter a wrong UPI ID and payout is processed to it, Zomunk will not be responsible or obliged to recover that payment.
  • You can edit your UPI ID anytime by clicking the Edit button next to it in the referral section.



6. My friend used my code but I didn’t get the reward. Why?


This can happen for several reasons:


  • Your friend did not complete the payment.
  • They signed up earlier without your code.
  • They didn’t apply the code correctly at checkout.
  • You’ve already reached the 39 referral limit.
  • They requested or received a refund, deleted their account, or their Premium subscription was cancelled.


If your friend got the ₹250 discount and you see a ₹250 reward in Pending Earnings, but it doesn’t move to your Total Earned after 2 weeks, this usually means their subscription was refunded or cancelled.



7. Can I refer to myself or use my own code?


No. Self-referrals are not allowed. Rewards only apply to new Premium users who join via your link.



8. What if I entered the wrong UPI ID?


  • If the UPI ID is invalid, your payout will fail.
  • If the UPI ID belongs to someone else and the payout succeeds, Zomunk will not be responsible for the loss.
  • You can update your UPI ID anytime in your referral dashboard under Payout Method → Edit.



9. How do I track my invites and earnings?


Your Referral Dashboard shows:

  • Total Invites – All invites sent.
  • Paid Invites – Friends who purchased Premium using your link.
  • Pending Earnings – Rewards waiting to be cleared (2-week cycle).
  • Total Earned – Rewards already processed and available for payout.




10. Can I change my payout method later?


Yes. You can edit your UPI ID anytime before payouts are processed. The latest UPI ID saved in your profile will be used.
