Why am I not receiving deal emails?

If you’re missing out on Zomunk’s deal emails, here are a few common reasons and how you can resolve them:

1. You signed up with your phone number but haven’t added an email
If you registered using your phone number and didn’t add an email address, you won’t receive our deal emails. To fix this, simply add your email in the Profile section, and you’ll start getting all the latest deals in your inbox.

2. Your email provider may have marked us as spam
Sometimes, email providers may mistakenly flag our deal emails as spam. To avoid this, simply add Zomunk to your contact list or address book to ensure our emails land in your main inbox. For detailed instructions, check out our guide on How to Safelist Emails from Zomunk.

3. You may have used a different email address
It’s possible you signed up with a different email than your primary one. Double-check your other email accounts or inboxes to see if your deal emails are being sent there.

4. You may have accidentally unsubscribed or marked our emails as spam
If you unsubscribed or marked our emails as spam, you will no longer receive deals. To resolve this, contact us at support@zomunk.com and we’ll help you get back on the list.

5. Your email might have been bounced
Some email addresses, particularly those with uncommon domains or special characters, can sometimes get bounced from our mailing list. If you think this happened, reach out to us at support@zomunk.com and we’ll help resolve it.

6. You may have selected airports with fewer deal frequencies
If you’ve chosen departure airports with lower traffic or fewer flight options, you might receive fewer deal notifications.

Tip: Consider adding more major airports, like Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru, to increase your chances of receiving more deals. The more airports you add, the more opportunities you’ll have to catch great offers.
